We've been working hard collating a resource of videos that you can use to practice calisthenics skills at home. Big thanks to the various clubs who shared their videos for everybody to use.
As with all dance practice at home:
- warm up and stretch your muscles before exercising
- ensure that you allow enough space to perform the movements safely
- don't attempt elements that are out of your skill set (save those for when you are at your club with qualified coaches to help)
